The following performance parameters can be achieved in the normal and continuous pressing operation and the oil seeds with medium and above quality level (soybean reaches the third grade specified in GB/T 1352, peanut kernel reaches the third grade specified in GB/T 1532, and rapeseed reaches the fourth grade specified in GB/T 11762) have been cleaned and roasted according to JB/T 11762 the "oil pressing process" stipulated in Appendix A of the JB/T9793-2013 standard.

Our series YZYX130 spiral oil press is suitable for squeezing vegetable oil from rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seed, tung oil seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel, etc. The product has characteristics of small investment, high capacity, strong compatibility and high efficiency. It is widely used in small oil refinery and rural enterprise.
The product conforms to the “Technology Standard of Agricultural Spiral Oil Press” under JB/T9793·1-1999 of the People's Republic of China.
YZYX130-12 is new 3-steps squeezing spiral oil press with bigger compression ratio in the press chest，lower oil content less than 6.0% in cake.
YZYX130-12D is special model for soybean oil extraction with oil content in cake less than 5.5%.
YZYX130GX is oil press with bigger gear box which has slant tooth. It works smoothly, has longer work life and lower noice.
Above models are without cake cracking device. The models with cake cracking device have S at the end of the model number. The model numbers will have WK when the machine is equipped with electric heating instrument.
